In usual style

In typical/usual style, I have left everything until the last minute for Christmas. Cards are still sitting on the table, presents are yet to be bought, food and wine waiting to see our fridge. Thank goodness for online shopping and home delivery! Some pics above from my travels this weekend.

Where the fairies are

Adoring these earthy mysterious organic prints by local artist Melissa Williams. They remind me so much of my childhood as a little girl playing with flowers under willow trees trying to find evidence of where the fairies had been (they always left their shoes in the white flowers of stinging nettles so no one could get them :-)). I'm really starting to feel the magic of Christmas now we are only two weeks away and a lot of my work for the year is over. I have my little silver baubles, twinkly stars, fairy lights, glitter and ribbons all ready to come out of their box this evening. There is nothing more enjoyable than filling your home with sparkles and love :-)
