Party planning
{Image 1, 2}
I already have a fair idea of what I'm going to do in terms of decorating for our party this Saturday. Just thinking about it gets me so excited! :-)
Lanterns and candles are definitely on the agenda and I really like the idea of putting a single flower in a vase (however I'd use old sauce and wine bottles) and lining it up with others.
Do you have any favourite decoration ideas for parties? I'd love to hear them.
Oh, guess what? Your wishes worked! Beating the forecast, we have clear blue skies and lots of sun today in Sydney, yay!! :-D

ReplyDeleteCORNFLAKE: what a ridicously superb name for a blog! Love it and gotta say the content is much, much better than your average box of cereals... wish I could come to your beautifully styled party but hey have a glass or two for a London artist/antique dealer living in France... Cheers Linda x
ReplyDeleteAbout your first image, Anna, I wanna be there, right now! Stunning images. Looking forward to your pictures of the big party. Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteBunting screams PARTY! for me. Fairy lights are also at the top of the list. I have them up in the kitchen always, so add extra for parties along the tables. A cheap but effective lighting is also to put sand in brown paper bags, roll down the top edge of the bag and pop a tea candle in.
ReplyDeleteHoping you have a wonderful party.
