Today I'm playing along with Friday Pretties at I Love Pretty Little Things so thought I'd share a favourite little piece in my home - my chandelier wreath.
Again, in lieu of a real chandelier due to inappropriate light fittings in my little rented abode, I have (refused to go without;-)) added another little bit of sparkle with this crystal drop wreath which I bought last Christmas. Yup, apparently this is Christmas stock and a Christmas wreath but then again I am living in Australia (you tend to get a lighter, beachier feel) and I am living in Sydney (if you know Sydney at all then you'll know what I mean!)
Anyway it was love at first sight and this savvy shopper bought it in the sale (of course). I don't know about you but I think it's an all year round wreath/decoration/pretty thing. It hangs just as you see it at the side of my bookcase but I had to stand on a chair to get this angle!
Can you spot in the blurry background my recent thrift buys on my bookcase? Also a certain initial from a certain Typo which I mentioned last week?
Have a great weekend everyone! :-)

This is so adorable! And not Christmas-y at all! I still have a "Christmas" garland up from last year!
ReplyDeleteSo so so pretty!!! Lovely wreath!!! I LOVE it!! Charming as many of your posts, dear Anna!! Wish I had a wonderful piece like that trimming my room on Christmas!!
ReplyDeleteLove! Bela.
Fun! Love it! xo
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. Just the right amount of sparkle! And I certainly agree it's for all year round :)
ReplyDeletei really like this, really pretty :)
ReplyDeleteVery very pretty and definitely appropriate year round!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Definately not christmassy, you need prettiness all year round. I love typo too, their letters are such a bargain! :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend xx
So pretty, I didn't even think Christmas when I saw it, anyway it's fun to break the rules isn't it. I like your 'A'!!!

Definitely an all year round ... something wreath! No, not living in Sydney and never ever been anywhere near it so really wondering what you mean there ...

It is definately an all year round wreath. Very charming indeed. I have been known to use christmas decos all year round. Why not? If they are pretty and don't look like traditional chrissy decos, I think, go for it!
ReplyDeletei love it! its way better than an actual chandelier xx
ReplyDeleteHow sweet is that! I love it. Such a great idea to add some sparkle to a space! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love it too Anna, thanks for the tip!!!enjoy your weekend and have fun!

It's beautiful! It doesn't say Xmas to me. I say if you like it and it brings you joy, then display it.
