The writing's on the wall

I've recently started taking to letters displayed on walls or shelves. I think they look really effective, modern and classic at the same time.

I like the fact you can have a secret message contained within them for instance an 'A' would stand for my name (which is an obvious one!) or it could be an initial of a city you love or where you met your Love!

Some great examples inspiring me below. {Image 1, 2, 3}

The great thing about this look is that it's very affordable and you can buy letters from your local craft store and paint them yourself - allowing you endless design possibilities.

A local alternative (in Australia) however if you're simply after white or black letters is Typo. They're very reasonably priced at $4.95 each (they're large in size) or 3 for $10 - and the offers keep increasing the more you buy.

Have a really lovely weekend everyone!
xx

  9. I love this look. I just bought two initials! They are white, so I am debating whether to leave them that way or paint them.
