Thrifty Tuesday

It's that time of the week again! :-)

Here are two very pretty plates I picked up from my local you-know-what for a dollar each last week.
I'm not sure where they come from but they are stamped as fine bone English china. They're in perfect condition, I am honestly always amazed at what people throw out! One day I plan to have a tea party with all my pretty floral mismatching china. :-) My pretty pewter teapot sitting next to them all ready to be used, cost $10.

Love for you to join along today and show us your thrift! :-)

  2. Love this, Anna!! Fine bone china is what you want, so it sounds like you found a steal. I am always loving mix and match china and can't wait to have a tea party one day too.

  3. I love your plate! I'm collecting mismatching fine bone china to make a 'good' set of crockery out of. Shabby chic like.
I bought one of those teapots a few months ago too. I paid $7 for mine and have seen the exact same ones around for $15 and upwards. Love a bargain.
