Confusing times

Such is the weather at the moment, I can't decide whether to rug up like this tree I saw on the weekend (how cute is that, that someone knitted it some sleeves!) or wear one of my favourite summer dresses! It really has been the strangest summer this year. Suffocatingly hot one day and then grey and really quite cool the next.

No doubt you will have heard the news of Christchurch lately. My prayers and thoughts are with everyone affected. What a year for natural disasters.

Wishing you a beautiful day and maybe you might like to pop over to Honey & Fizz where the lovely Simone has interviewed me :-)

  1. How I would love to have a bit of cool from this unrelenting heat.
Off to read your interview :)

  3. Oh no i love this weather (i'm in Canberra where it's gorgeous blue skies through winter, just freezing outside, but looks stunning!!) It's a chance to wear all those transeasonal ensembles, scarves, tights, under tops & cropped jackets!! Then de-layer throughout the day. Love Posie

  5. Unfortunately, there´s nothing confusing with out weather - it´s just COLD, plain and simple. :-( Too cold even to be Sweden, but spring will come eventually. :-)

  7. Those tree sleeves are really cute! It does sound like you've had a very strange summer. It's been a very strange February for the Midwest in the states - it was 60 degrees one day, snowing the next, the snowpocalypse, all of it in one single short month! Pretty crazy!
